A part time vacancy has arisen within the Integrated Prosecutions Team. The post holder will be required to work twenty hours a week, from 7am - 11am per day. (4 hours each a day)
The IPT admin team are responsible for the undertaking of all administrative duties in respect of files and related matters within the Integrated Prosecution Team ensuring that all time scales are complied with and that both local and national standards and targets are consistently met, in accordance with legal requirements and Force Policy. There will need to be a degree of flexibility in these roles and a willingness to work at various locations on occasions.
The Justice Division plays a pivotal digital role in the Justice system providing the link between various parts of the Force and external organisations to ensure the smooth and effective management of cases. Both roles will be working as part of a team and whilst it is important that they can act independently they must also be able to support the team to achieve its aims.
The successful applicants must possess good communication skills – both written and verbal due to the requirements of this role and regular contact with HMCTS and the CP, and so must demonstrate a high degree of accuracy in respect of work undertaken. Due to frequent changes they must be able to cope with frequent change and adjust to the introduction of new systems and procedures and prioritise to demanding workloads whilst adhering to deadlines. Therefore, good time management/organisational skills are essential.
