The Contact Management department within Wiltshire Police provides the first point of contact to the public across its emergency and non emergency teams.
The Front Desk Receptionist/Administrator provides the first point of contact to all visitors at Wiltshire Police Headquarters. The role also provides administrative support, as directed by line management. This includes administration of found property, maintaining and updating of the visitors diary and fire log book.
The ability to work under pressure, previous experience of dealing with the public and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
